Tama Swingstar 13x12 Tom Tom, Japan, Black (USED)

Our Notes: Vintage (70s?) Tama tom-tom 13 X 12 in very good condition. All original parts. Black covering is in very good shape with a slight scratch (~5" long) in the finish. Moderate corrosion/pitting on the lugs and hoops as would be expected of this vintage. Original MIJ badge, serial #156958.

The Tama Swingstar tom tom drum features a professional grade shell, the same 9-ply mahogany that's on the Imperial Star lines. The laminated finish is smooth, free of bumps or bubble-spots and roller glued. Tama's Swingstar lugs are engineered for strength and noise-free operation. They utilize a precision-fit insert that prohibits tension rod movement.
