Our Notes: Henry Hoseus was granted a patent for this model tambourine on February 1, 1887. This one is of indeterminate age. It is 10" diameter featuring 15 double-jingles (missing 1 pair), original skin head in good condition. It suffers slight de-lamination of the joint of the lower hoop which should be easily repairable. The original product tag exists warning to "Beware of Imitations"!
