1966 Gibson LG-1 Acoustic Guitar w/Case, Sunburst (USED)

Our Notes: This vintage Gibson comes to us from a customer who is selling instruments on behalf of her father whose health is in decline. He was a life-long musician and collector or high quality and unique items - including this guitar! Overall the guitar is in Good condition. The original plastic bridge has started to lift off the face (see photos) though the guitar is still perfectly playable. The pickguard adhesive has lost some of its original strength and the bottom of the pickguard is lifting up a bit. There are a couple dings and light scratches on the body - very good for a guitar this old. The owner obviously took great care of the instrument. When played it has a very balanced sound - not too bass-y, not too tin-y. Comes with a vintage chipboard case featuring a red interior.
