Our Notes: Serial #: 30518. This cornet was played and maintained by a professional musician who had it restored. It's condition is really incredible for being over 100 years old. As indicated in the pictures, all slides and valves are freely moving. Included is the original hard case, a Vincent Bach 5B mouthpiece, and a set of transposing HP/LP front slides (Bb & A).
Special Characteristics: Applies the Revelation name to a cornet 7 years before the trumpet was announced and uses the 1914 microtuner on Esbach slides as did the Holton trumpet starting 1914. -Evolutionary/transitional link between the Couturier/Clarke and the Model 25.
