Our Notes: This guitar is in excellent shape. Over time, the back binding shrunk and separated from the body. Our Luthier re-glued the binding and replaced a small piece at the top where the neck joins the body. The rest of the guitar is in near-mint condition. The frets are in excellent shape. The previous owner inscribed their initials with a pen on the inside of the sound hole. Includes the original hardshell case and original manual.
The D-35 incorporates Martin’s visually striking three-piece back and produces a strong bass that is ideal for rhythm playing. To accentuate the treble, Martin uses lighter 1⁄4" top braces. Bindings with extra side inlays and a bound ebony fingerboard add to the distinctiveness of this model.
