Our Notes: This amp is in excellent condition. The speaker has been upgraded to the 12" Overtonez Thick Boy speaker. We've tested and it is 100% functional and sounds great!

The idea behind the Thick Boy guitar speaker is simple - take the benefits of the EVM12L but make it more musical and less sterile. By starting with a pro-audio based woofer and tuning the system to have a guitar oriented frequency response, the Thick Boy achieves the sweet spot between high performance and musicality. The best way to describe the sound is thick and smooth. Low end is well controlled, mid range is rich, and high end is creamy and musical. The fatiguing harshness and buzzy high end of traditional "vintage"speakers is eliminated. Unique to this speaker is it's playability; there is a visceral feel of having complete control of your sonic destiny.
