Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided you have the original receipt.
2. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Special orders and sheet music are not eligible for return.
4. Refund Method:
   
   • Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded to the card on file.
   • Purchases made with cash will not receive a cash refund. Instead, we will issue a check or provide store credit.
5. Exchanges: If you prefer, you may exchange your item for another product of equal value within the 14-day return window.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a new item, simply return it in its original condition within 14 days of purchase (see exceptions below), and we will issue a full refund.

To initiate a return, please email sales@centremusic.com and include your order/transaction number, a list of the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for the return/exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items Upon Arrival:

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email sales@centremusic.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Responsibility & Process:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged upon arrival or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Return Requirements:

Should you decide to return your item, it must be returned in the same condition as it was received—not used or altered in any way. Pack the item carefully. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:

• All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs
• Accessories such as cords, remote controls, etc.
• Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards
• All items included in a bundle

Return items not meeting these requirements may be refused or a restocking fee of up to 25% may be assessed.

Your refund will be processed upon inspection of your returned item by our trained professionals within 6 business days of being received.

Non-Returnable Items (Unless Defective and/or Unopened):

The following items are returnable ONLY if defective and/or unopened:

• Strings, reeds, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, whistles, woodwind instruments, harmonicas, drumheads, drumsticks, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths

If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product or refunded.
