TERMS AND CONDITIONS (PLEASE READ): The Free Trial Lesson is for a one-time 30 minute private lesson with a Centre Music House instructor. The Free Trial Lesson is limited to one per student. If you decide to continue with music lessons beyond the Free Trial Lesson, normal rates apply (see our policy for details: https://www.centremusic.com/policy.htm). To schedule the Free Trial Lesson, submit this form and we will reach out to you within 3 business days. We will do our best to offer the most ideal lesson times based on your preference but we cannot guarantee a perfect match. Lesson times depend on teachers’ current schedules and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. If we cannot find a suitable lesson time for your Free Trial Lesson we will offer to hold your name on a waitlist and reach out as soon as a suitable time is made available. Once scheduled, the Free Trial Lesson is officially redeemed. If you cannot attend the originally scheduled Free Trial Lesson for any reason, it may not be rescheduled. Via accepting this form, your email address will be added to the Centre Music House mailing list.
