About:
Liz has been playing classical, pop, and jazz piano for most of her life, in addition to writing music in all of these styles. She has attended performing arts institutions since middle school, and is currently attending Berklee College of Music on a full scholarship, double majoring in Jazz Performance and Contemporary Writing & Production. In and out of school, Liz has garnered a plethora of performance experience, playing at various venues including the Kennedy Center in DC, the Berklee Performance Center, and even James Patterson’s residence. Liz really cares about teaching what her students are interested in learning, in addition to making sure students receive a well rounded musical education, encompassing classical technique and repertoire with a firm emphasis on music theory.
