Guitar 101

10 week class for adult beginners

If you've always wanted to learn how to play the guitar, now is the time! Grab a guitar and join up with other eager musicians who are starting out just like you. Together and with guidance from a pro instructor, you'll learn the essentials of guitar playing in a fun, casual environment.

What you'll learn

You'll learn all the basic skills you need to start playing songs on the guitar.

  • How to hold and tune the guitar
  • Chords and strumming patterns
  • Fun rhythms to add variety to your playing
  • Your favorite songs from pop, rock and blues styles

You’ll also get lifetime access to exclusive video tutorials, musical examples, and other great learning tools.

Best of all, your instructor will be there to answer all of your questions and help you on your journey to becoming a guitarist. With a little time, patience, and support from your classmates and teacher, you’ll be on your way to making this great instrument a fun part of your life!



Class Schedule

Your class will meet virtually every Tuesday for 10 weeks starting April 6th (except for May 11).

  • Day and Time: Tuesdays, 6:00PM to 7:00PM
  • Location: Zoom
  • Length: 10 weeks (except for May 11)
  • First Class: April 6th
  • Last Class: June 15th

  • 10 Week Class Fee: $100
